Hello world!  This is me, an ordinary Asian woman who is fascinated with words and ideas.  I hope to capture my words, ideas and dreams here instead of letting them float around in my head and eventually getting lost in the space within.  My goal is to capture one thousand words daily, hence the title of the blog.  I had to settle for One thousand and two since one thousand and one thousand and one were already taken.  Seems like others have similar ideas.  Being ordinary and down to earth, I know that it will be a task to come up with one thousand words a day.  It will be a work in progress…one word at a time…one day at a time…
