I love the wordless days when I just sit and breathe and have my cup of tea. I haven’t sat like this for a very long time. Besides my tea, I have a pot of jasmine, lavender and Italian oregano. I can still hear the birds sing though it’s mostly the magpies and crows. It is still wonderful.
