October 21, Wordless (almost) Wednesday. Day 21 of the Ultimate Blog Challenge. I offer you my first ever apple pie, baked to almost perfection. It wasn’t as difficult as I had thought now that I had accomplished the mission. I broke it up in stages over 2 days. Everything worked out. The pie is delicious and the crust was very flaky. It’s very pretty, too, for being my very first apple pie.
