I’m resorting to another wordless day for the Ultimate Blog Challenge. My brain and body are tired and depleted. Here’s my effort at hula hooping. I managed to stay afloat for 45 seconds. I have done better but this is my best today. I’m nowheres near Rachel of Hula Dancercise but I’m trying. Maybe if I practice a little every day.
That was cute. She lasted a long time with that hula hoop. I never made it for more than about two seconds! But she was still annoyed when the hula hoop landed on the floor! I think that I would have made the same sound, but I would have made it a lot sooner.
Lily, WOW, you really kept it going!! Congratulations! I was never that good. I’ve noticed a new wave of exercising using hula hoops. But where would you buy one?

I used to Hula Hoop as a child. Can’t remember lasting as long as you did. Kudos to you!

OMG That’s super! I remember being able to use 2 hula hoops when I was a youngster but I don’t think I could even last one time around on just one now! Maybe I’ll give it a try if I can find one!
